We do not exchange items unless a wrong item is sent.

REFUND

We have a NO refund policy, however refunds can be made in exception where the product is out of stock and can't be fulfilled.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock or declined payment.

Subject to our terms, exchange must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery for your exchange to be accepted. Items exchanged outside their respective period will not be accepted.
